1. Privacy Policy

1.1. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement of the tenderyard.com Service.

1.2. This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for collecting, storing, processing, using, disclosing, and protecting the User's personal data.

1.3. The users' personal data base is located at the address of the Administration.

1.4. The administrator of the personal data base is the Administration – the company "Tenderyard" LLC.

1.5. When filling out the form for posting an advertisement, during registration on the Service, or when subscribing to mailings, as well as in other cases of using the Service, the User provides the Administration with information and personal data. The collection of data may also be carried out through conducting surveys of the Service's Users. Participation in surveys is conducted with the consent of the Users.

1.6. The User freely and voluntarily decides to provide personal data about themselves and any other information to the Service, and by doing so, gives their consent to the processing of this personal data and information by the Administration, as well as to the transfer of such data to other Users and/or third parties acting on behalf of the Administration for processing.

1.7. The processing of personal data includes any action or a set of actions such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, updating, usage, and distribution (dissemination, realization, transmission, including abroad), as well as the destruction of personal data through the use of information (automated) systems.

1.8. The purposes of personal data processing include, but are not limited to, the following:

1.8.1. The collection of statistical and analytical data for the improvement of the Service, its services, and functionality;

1.8.2. Expanding the range of services provided;

1.8.3. Receiving information or promotional messages from the Service or third parties (notifications about new features, promotions, and other news);

1.8.4. Alerting and preventing illegal or unauthorized actions by Users or third parties;

1.8.5. Ensuring compliance with the requirements of applicable legislation.

1.9. The Service collects the following information about Users:

1.9.1. When using the Service, the personal information entered by the User is provided to or otherwise disclosed to the Administration. This information may include, but is not limited to, the User's first and last name, email address and password, phone number, location, and address. If the User logs in via a social media profile, the Service may also collect information posted on that social media profile. The User is responsible for the information they provide, although the Service acts as a channel for the dissemination and publication of the User's data on the internet.

1.9.2. Technical information automatically collected by the software when accessing the Service.

1.10. The Service, as well as the Administration, does not collect or process information regarding race or ethnic origin, political, religious, or philosophical beliefs, membership in political parties or trade unions, criminal convictions, as well as data related to health, sexual life, biometric or genetic information.

1.11. The Service and the Administration do not disclose any personal or other information provided by Users to third parties unrelated to the Service, except in cases where the User has granted such consent, or as required by the User Agreement or by applicable legislation.

1.12. In certain cases, the Service and the Administration may provide some information to individuals or entities that cooperate with the Service or are affiliated with the Administration.

1.13. The Administration does not sell or rent the information and personal data provided by Users during the use of the Service.

1.14. To facilitate interaction between Users, the services provide limited access to contact information of other Users. The right to use information provided by other Users is restricted by the User Agreement.

1.15. The User of the Service agrees not to use any information provided by another User without their written consent or confirmation of the right to use such information in any other way. All information obtained by the User about other Users in connection with the use of the Service may only be used for the execution of agreements regarding Goods. Therefore, the User is not permitted to use the electronic address or any other contact details, such as another User's phone number, for the purpose of sending direct advertisements or unsolicited electronic messages, as well as for any unauthorized actions or actions performed without the knowledge and consent of the other User.

1.16. The User of the Service has the right to partially modify, delete, or otherwise correct the personal and other information provided during the use of the Service at any time.

1.17. The User is responsible for the accuracy and correctness of any information and data they provide.

1.18. If the User has registered and is using the Service through the Open ID service, the User can configure the transmission and use of their data in the settings of such a service.

1.19. The Service and the Administration take all effective measures to protect the Use's personal data from unauthorized access by third parties.

1.20. All personal data collected and processed by the Service is stored on a server outside of any accessible corporate networks, with no external access. All employees of the Administration who are responsible for the access and use of Users' personal and other information have signed agreements to ensure that the information about Users is not disclosed to third parties.

1.21. The User of the Service can submit a request for the deletion of their personal data from the Service. In the event of such a request, all personal data collected about them will be deleted, and access to the Service in the future will not be guaranteed.

2. Cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies

2.1. The Service may use cookies, web beacons, and other similar technologies to store information. These files are used to facilitate the use of the website and its features, improve the quality of the Service's offerings (including security), as well as for advertising purposes.

2.2. Any information collected by the Service from the User, as well as the placement of cookies in the User's browser, is done through notification and with the User's consent. By continuing to use the Service, the User grants their consent for the Service to store cookies in their browser.

2.3. The Service uses cookies and similar technologies that remain on the User's device during the activity in their browser, as well as other similar technologies that remain on the User's device for a longer period of time. The User has the right to block, delete, or restrict such cookies and similar technologies, if their device allows for such actions.

2.3.1. Cookies are a concept used in computer terminology to describe information in the form of text or binary data received from the Service, which is stored on the User's device, i.e., in the browser, and then sent back to the Service when the User visits again. This allows the Service to recognize the User's browser at the time of visit. Cookies facilitate the use of the Service by storing necessary data for system access and statistical collection. 2.3.2. Web beacons are small graphic images embedded in the Service, as well as in its services, add-ons, exchange messages, and tools that typically work in conjunction with cookies to identify the User (also known as "pixel tags" or "network beacons").

2.3.3. Similar technologies are methods that use local shared objects or local storage and other methods of web application software to store information on the browser or device, such as "flash cookies" or "HTML 5 cookies." These technologies may work across all of the User's browsers and, in some cases, cannot be fully managed by the browser alone and may require direct management through extensions or devices set by the User.

2.4. The Administration takes all necessary security measures to prevent unauthorized access to cookies and similar technologies. The User agrees to implement similar security measures. The Administration guarantees that only the Administration and/or authorized service providers of the Service have access to the cookies data.

2.5. The service providers of the Service are companies that assist with various aspects of the Service. The Administration uses some authorized service providers to deliver relevant services to the User and for other purposes related to the direct operation of the Service. Such service providers may also place cookies on the User's device through the Service's (third-party cookies) services. They may also collect other information, such as the IP address or other identifiers.

2.6. Any information collected and stored by the Service through the above-mentioned technologies is used with the User's consent.

2.7. The User can manage cookies in the browser or device settings. To opt out of information collection and storage, the User should enable the "Do not store cookies" option in the browser settings and click the "Clear cookies" button.

2.8. Technical information in the system, such as IP addresses, is used by the Service for network equipment servicing, as well as for the aggregation of statistical and other information.

2.9. For the purpose of providing high-quality services tailored to the User's individual needs and interests, the Service stores information about the User's last login to the system.

3. Incorporating changes to the privacy policy

3.1. The Administration may make changes, remove, or update the terms of the Privacy Policy.

3.2. If the User does not agree with the changes made, they should stop using the Service. If the User continues to use the Service, they agree to and accept all the changes and the new version of the Privacy Policy in its entirety.
