Soil Penetrometer Model: GTJ-EVD Dynamic Deformation Modulus Tester (EVD) The tester is designed to measure the deflection (settlement) of road bases and soils under dynamic load. The results obtained allow for the assessment of the bearing capacity and deformation characteristics of the soil and base. GTJ-Evd is used for construction quality control and soil base testing in the following construction works: railways, highways, airports, urban transport facilities, ports, bridges, industrial buildings, civil buildings, and structures. The tester is particularly convenient for testing in narrow and inaccessible areas, including bridge and culvert transition zones, road shoulders, and existing foundations. The operating principle of the device is based on creating a dynamic load using a falling weight. The device measures the resulting surface settlement and automatically calculates the dynamic deformation modulus Evd. Using dynamic loading allows for the simulation of the impact of road loads on the subgrade. The device ensures rapid testing - measuring one point takes approximately 35 seconds. GTJ-Evd is equipped with imported sensors and electronic components to ensure high measurement accuracy.
