In underground applications where channels are dug to ensure that corrugated pipes and fittings can serve for a long time without any problems; when filling the channel, it should be compacted in layers so that there are no weak spots around the pipes. Filling the bottom of the pipes with backfill material is especially important. If the filling process is carried out in accordance with the specifications and thoroughly compacted, the traffic and soil load on the pipe will be partially transferred to the backfill, and the pipe will perform its duty without any problems throughout its life. If compaction is not done well, the pipe may be affected. Corrugated pipes and fittings are produced from ø 100-1000mm HDPE raw material. They are produced in various diameters and feature gasketed joint control. They are easily used in the disposal of sewage, domestic and industrial waste; in rainwater discharge and drainage water transport lines. Thanks to its flexible structure, it is not affected by earthquakes and seismic movements. Corrugated pipes ensure the trouble-free operation of infrastructure systems with a service life of 50 years. Soil compaction during the laying of corrugated pipes extends the life of the system, and filling the soil with backfill material during laying is very important.
