Detailed information

PVC pipe Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipes have been an integral part of sewage systems for years and are widely used because they are ecologically and financially advantageous in various facilities, and are an ideal and reliable means for draining sewage and other water due to their resistance to 60°C temperature and high pressure. Taking into account these needs of customers, the "METAK" company presents PVC pipes with the following parameters: Triple-layer triplex pipes Unlike ordinary pipes, the relatively silent Triplex pipes produced by METAK consist of three layers. A special inner layer located between the polypropylene layers ensures relative silence, which is a perfect solution for multi-story residential buildings. Triplex pipes have high durability and are easy to install. The relatively silent pipes intended for sewage water comply with DIN 4102 and DIN 4109 fire limit standards. Main advantages Produced with high precision in accordance with standards and easily installed; Equipped with a sealing ring that prevents leakage during installation Lightweight due to the use of polypropylene Can be installed extremely easily without the use of Tangit-type glues The double-cuff seals of the pipes and the high quality of the material ensure airtightness that exceeds the requirements of the standards intended for this type of pipe by 800% Does not cause the formation of toxic gases Polypropylene raw material, which is subject to deformation at high temperatures, is used in its preparation Due to its high resistance to chemical substances, it can maintain the same thickness for many years Due to its elastic structure, its brittleness at low temperatures is less compared to PVC products When installing the Triplex pipe system, it is recommended to follow the following rules to prevent problems that may arise during installation: — the clamp stops the elongation of the pipe and prevents expansion — as shown in figures 1 and 2, clamps should be passed on both sides of the pipe-fitting connection. The distance between the clamps should be at most 30 cm — seasonal requirements should be taken into account in external facade applications. For example, pipes laid in winter may expand in summer. Thus, it is necessary to leave a 1 cm gap in the transition zones of sewage pipes installed during the winter period to compensate for the expansion of the summer period — it is important to ensure that pipes and fittings do not touch the concrete wall during passage between walls and floors — it is necessary to leave space around the installed pipe system for inspection, repair, and restoration purposes — after the assembly of pipes and fittings, couplings and interlayers should be wiped with a clean cloth so that no dust, sand, or moisture remains
