Biotop - Pump stations

The BIOTOP-KNS sewage pumping station is designed for the transfer of domestic, rainwater, and industrial wastewater from isolated buildings, enterprises, settlements, and cities. The station can be used both as a standalone unit and as part of a wastewater treatment complex. The design of the BIOTOP-KNS housing can be manufactured according to any requirements of the customer and regulatory authorities. The station can be equipped with automated screens, grinders, electric-actuated valves, as well as the required number of pump units. To accommodate the necessary equipment, the station housing, based on SVT pipe, can be executed in the form of a separate vertical tank with a diameter of up to 3600 mm, as well as in the form of double or triple housings, complete with necessary dry zones, service platforms, and technical pavilions. The BIOTOP-KNS sewage pumping station can also be manufactured in a horizontal housing for use in rainwater treatment plants for the collection and transfer of daily water volumes, as well as in systems for equalizing peak water flows (equalizers) in domestic and industrial treatment plants. BIOTOP-KNS is equipped with the necessary set of pipelines, shut-off valves, ladders, service platforms, pipe coupling systems for pump unit installation, various sensors, automatic control systems, sediment mixing systems, etc.
