Looking for a housekeeper and nanny

Housekeeper / Nanny (partial childcare) Conditions: — 800 AZN / month — 6 days a week, 08:00 – 20:00 — Live-in option available (to be discussed after viewing the house) — Key will be provided Requirements: Childcare: — Looking after a 14-month-old child for ~2 hours every morning — Feeding breakfast, ensuring safety — The child is independent — just need to be attentive — Occasionally looking after the child for short periods during the day --- Cleaning and housework: — Daily vacuuming of the 1st and 2nd floors (convenient, handheld vacuum available) — Mopping floors every other day — Cleaning bathrooms ~3 times a week — Daily light tidying (rooms, beds, etc.) — Kitchen must be kept clean at all times (dishes, surfaces, child's area) — Washing, folding, and putting away clothes — Daily ironing — Changing bed linen 1–2 times a week — Taking out trash and changing bags --- Light assistance: — Washing and chopping fruits and vegetables — Preparing simple meals (e.g., rice) — Helping to bring in and organize groceries --- Important: — Calm, positive, stress-free personality — Ability to work independently (no need for constant supervision) — Ability to adapt to an active home environment — No service for guests required, but cleaning up after they leave is necessary --- About the house: — 4-room house — 2 adults + 1 child — My brother is staying temporarily --- Looking for: — A reliable, calm, responsible person — Someone who will be my right hand in the house
