I want to buy a 2-3 room apartment on credit

I want to buy a renovated 2-room apartment or one converted into a 3-room apartment in the area from Gara Garayev metro station to Hazi Aslanov metro station. It makes no difference. I want to buy it on a long-term credit with a small down payment.
