Comfortable and spacious hotel room

I am looking to rent a hotel that is spacious, bright, and has a modern design, as shown in the picture. I am interested in hotels with 10-30 rooms. Please provide real offers. I am also interested in those with slightly poor renovation. I am not interested in the business itself. I can pay for 3 months in advance. If I like the hotel, I can sign a contract for at least 5 years. Area: Icherisheher, Baksovet, Targoviy, Sahil, or even near 28 May metro station.
