Comfortable and spacious hotel room

I am looking to rent a hotel that is spacious, bright, and has a modern design, as shown in the picture. Hotels with 10-30 rooms are of interest. Please provide real offers. Hotels with slightly poor renovations are also of interest. The business itself is not of interest. I can pay for 3 months in advance. If I like the hotel, I can sign a contract for at least 5 years. Area: Icherisheher, Baksovet, Torgovaya, Sahil, or even near 28 May metro station.
